  • On-Site Venue Coordinator

  • 2 Portable Restrooms

  • Arrive as early as 9:00 a.m. to set up; event and cleanup must be concluded by 11am next day. Cottage check-in is at 12 p.m., and cottage check-out is the next day at 12 p.m.

  • Our cozy, small barn exudes charm with its aged wooden beams. Perfect for intimate gatherings, it can accommodate up to 70 guests.

  • Come and watch the beautiful sunset on our spacious outdoor patio and garden. It's the ideal spot for a ceremony, pre-reception gathering, cocktail party, or playing lawn games.

  • The upper hilltop lawn is ideal for unparalleled views and is the perfect backdrop for a wedding ceremony.

On-Site Venue Coordinator: You’ll be assigned a venue coordinator who will serve as your contact throughout the planning process and assist you with any venue-related questions or planning needs. 

 Round Tables: Our 72" round tables perfectly complement almost any decor, with 30 tables that can accommodate up to 250 guests.  

 Wood Folding Chairs: Our 225 rustic wood folding chairs are available for your ceremony or reception as needed.

Wooden Bars: Use of our two wood bars, one located inside the large barn and the other on the patio, are also included in every package.  With their sophisticated details and sleek finishes, they will enhance the elegance of your event without competing with your unique event design. 

 Private Accommodations:  

The farmhouse is the original home on the property where the Bassett family raised their children and were the stewards of the land. Built over a century ago, its character remains true to its era. The property comfortably sleeps up to 15, with 5 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The cottage boasts three bright bedrooms and two full baths. Relax and enjoy the natural light through the large windows while you sip a cup of coffee or tea on your private back patio. This cottage is perfect for small groups. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests or fewer. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
